- We have the My First Sony tool for the TV - the one for static pictures, not
- animation. It was a gift from my sister, the "indulgent aunt" :-), and she
- bought it full price from FAO Schwartz. The cheapest I've seen is $119, so
- the price you found at The Wiz is great. My son loves it, and so does my
- sister when she visits (and she's 30). So did all kids up to age 13 who visit
- - it's great for keeping all visiting kids occupied together and quiet :-).
- Of course, no one can watch the TV when it's on. BTW, it's recommended for age
- 5 and up - no small parts at all, but maybe they figure it's complex. My
- 2-1/2 year old works it just fine. THE ONLY thing he can't do is set the TV
- to VCR (actually he probably could, but I refuse to let him find out :-)). My
- only real complaint is that you can't print out the results, to hang on my
- fridge, etc. Saving it on video tape is not the same, and requires that our
- TV and VCR be set up in a way incompatible with cable. I suspect Alex will
- soon be doing computer drawings on the real thing instead.
