- Plain saline nose drops have given Phoebe (and me!) a lot of relief.
- They thin the nasal mucus and make it drain away. This won't relieve
- sinus congestion or prevent ear infections, but it does clear up her
- stuffy nose so that she can breathe and sleep. It doesn't have side
- effects. And, unlike the bulb syringe nasal aspirator, Phoebe doesn't
- mind it a bit!

- The stuff I've used is a generic 0.65% sodium chloride solution,
- packaged in a squeeze bottle, and labelled "Saline Nasal Spray".
