  11. Plain saline nose drops have given Phoebe (and me!) a lot of relief.
  12. They thin the nasal mucus and make it drain away.  This won't relieve
  13. sinus congestion or prevent ear infections, but it does clear up her
  14. stuffy nose so that she can breathe and sleep.  It doesn't have side
  15. effects.  And, unlike the bulb syringe nasal aspirator, Phoebe doesn't
  16. mind it a bit!

  19. packaged in a squeeze bottle, and labelled "Saline Nasal Spray".
