  11. Are there any books on how to avoid episiotomies?  Some people have mentioned
  12. perineal massage, doing squats, etc.  I would like some references on how
  13. to do these things.  I would like to avoid one if possible, as well as the
  14. epidural - though I know all labors are different.  I have switched doctors
  15. because my first said epis are ALWAYS necessary and that I WILL want an
  16. epidural.
