- Are there any books on how to avoid episiotomies? Some people have mentioned
- perineal massage, doing squats, etc. I would like some references on how
- to do these things. I would like to avoid one if possible, as well as the
- epidural - though I know all labors are different. I have switched doctors
- because my first said epis are ALWAYS necessary and that I WILL want an
- epidural.
- Thanks for any info.
