  11.         A friend just had her baby last night, things are going well but
  12.         it was a difficult birth.  she's got a 3rd to 4th degree epi.
  13.         does anyone have any suggestions i can give her on helping it
  14.         to feel better/heal faster?  please email cuz i can't keep up
