- I wouldn't get in this situation. Suppose you want to sell and he
- doesn't and you don't and the stock goes down? How will you feel? Or
- vice versa? Suppose he gets run over by a truck (can happen) or some
- other fatality? Where are you then?

- In short, to save a few bucks on commission you are getting into a rats
- nest of possible difficulties. It sure doesn't sit well with me, but
- it's *your* money :-)
