  18. I wouldn't get in this situation.  Suppose you want to sell and he
  19. doesn't and you don't and the stock goes down?  How will you feel?  Or
  20. vice versa?  Suppose he gets run over by a truck (can happen) or some
  21. other fatality?  Where are you then?

  23. In short, to save a few bucks on commission you are getting into a rats
  24. nest of possible difficulties.  It sure doesn't sit well with me, but
  25. it's *your* money :-)
