- There are, so far as I know, no requirements that you be planning
- to travel in order to hold non-US currency.

- Probably the easiest way to get small quantities is to find an
- international airport with a currency exchange desk; this is,
- however, quite difficult in the US (Los Angeles, Chicago, JFK,
- maybe Atlanta, Dallas, or Miami). Rates won't be real good (i.e.,
- high comissions), but probably no worse than a bank.
