  11. Does anyone here have a standard publishing contract form?
  12. A company offered me a contract and I'm wondering whether it's
  13. fair or not...

  15. In particular: if the company owns a studio and acc. contract must
  16. provide recording facilities AND pay for recording of demos, is the
  17. value of the studio time provided a recoupable advance? Or is only
  18. the cash and materials provided recoupable?
