  27.        Al Gore will vote however Bill Clinton and the Democratic Party
  28. tells him to vote.  He has no will of his own.  He started out a small
  29. town, rural, pro-gun Representative and ended up a big city, urban, anti-gun
  30. liberal when he moved from East Tennessee Rep. to Tennessee Senator.  He'll
  31. vote whatever it takes to get him a Presidential bid.

  33.        As for his seat, Governor McWherter hasn't given any clues at all
  34. to who he is considering.  The idea has been batted around that he may
  35. appoint himself, since he can't run for Governor again.  (He's
  36. a Democrat, by the way.)
