  22. thought I'd try.  Just wanted to commend you on the letter you wrote to
  23. Artic Technologies as reprinted in the November 1992 Braille Monitor.
  24. I think you accurately and fairly represented blind consumer sentiments
  25. about Artic's record in recent years.  I also think the Artic
  26. represeentative who responded deserves commendation for addressing your
  27. points with substance and grace.  Hopefully, Artic is getting the
  28. message and the blind community will benefit from a more responsive
  29. company.
