  22. friend tells me that he has to avoid security metal detectors in
  23. airports--the enlectro-magnets set off awful vibrations in his
  24. metal cochlear implants.

  26. Some airport security officials refuse to believe him and think
  27. he's trying to smuggle something through.

  29. But even worse than this is subjecting innocent children to surgery
  30. for cochlear implants.  Meanwhile, the doctor rakes in another
  31. hefty fee!
