  31. I have never heard of the device you mentioned, so I would be
  32. highly suspicious of any real effectiveness of this device, or of
  33. practitioners who would use this to treat pain problems.  Since
  34. "conventional" treatments have not given the results she is
  35. seeking, I would recommend something that is a little
  36. unconventional, but would have the best chance of helping with her
  37. problem.  My recomendation would be for her to be evaluated at a
  38. pain clinic, not just by the MD's and DO's she may have usually
  39. been seeing.
