  27. only use signing) are the ONLY ones who think they are a Culture
  28. because they are deaf.  Maybe the reality is that they just don't
  29. accept the fact that they have to make an effort (i.e. learn
  30. lipreading) to be part of the MAJORITY.  It's called INTEGRATION.
