  32. For the same reason I don't agree on people who are fat that label
  33. themselves as "Fat", those who are short who label themselves as
  34. "Short", those who are bald who label themselves as "Bald", those who
  35. have dark skin who label themselves as "Negroes", etc, etc...

  37. That is the reason I just don't agree with a label because when you
  38. adopt such a label, I believe it's because there IS a reason and
  39. you don't feel as a *normal* HUMAN BEING like every other person.
  40. When we label ourselves, it's because we feel apart of the *normal*
  41. society and in my case, I DO NOT and will NEVER feel apart from
  42. ANYBODY ELSE, may they be short, fat, bald, dark skin or hearing
  43. people!!!

  45. We are ALL HUMAN BEINGS in the very first place and THAT is how I
  46. think of myself, as a HUMAN BEING!

  51. Not so Margaret!!!  SOME people identify theirselves, sure, but not ALL
  52. human beings!  I'd even go farther and say that a LOT of them do not
  53. identify theirselves with any kind of label even if they are Chineese,
  54. Greek or Italian!!!  There is labeling and Identity, both are
  55. completely different.  Yes, I may be a french
  56. Canadian, but that doesn't label me PHYSICALLY!  It only tells about
  57. my origins not my PHYSICAL SELF!!!  When we label ourselves
  58. PHYSICALLY, we them FEEL ourselves being apart of the *normal* human
  59. beings.  However, we don't feel apart if we say that we are French,
  60. Dutch, Greek, Jewish, Chineese or American!  It only identifies our
  61. ORIGINS, not our physical self!

  69. I'd say because I just don't think people should stick such a label to
  70. themselves.  If they do, they just don't feel like all other *normal*
