  27. The items you sent me were partly broken, partly irrelevant, and nothing
  28. except for one cartridge can be verified to be in working condition.  This is
  29. in contrast with your claim of "brand new", "working perfectly", etc.  You have
  30. told me yourself (after sending the package, of course) that you have not
  31. personally tested those items.  And many of them come from other, unrelated
  32. systems (and they are partly broken!).

  36. I was not upset by the defective goods, but by the promises you have made prior
  37. to the deal and by the complete lack of readiness to resolve the problem (except
  38. for your offer to buy parts for one minor cable and build it "if you can 
  39. remember how to wire them").

  41. The 75% refund I asked for was based on the fact that 75% of the items you sent
  42. were either defective, partial, or came from a completely different system.

  44. What I or anybody else who is (was) going to use that equipment do in their
  45. spare time is not your business.  Besides, who else but you would call a word
  46. processor "video game" ?  :-)  It was not purchased for game playing purposes,
  47. and even if it was- this is not your business, really.  Moreover, check your
  48. own posts glorifying this equipment prior to the sale, and compare them to
  49. what you tell the netters now!

  51. Last but not least, you know very well that I passed another pending deal in
  52. order to take your, only after I checked very carefully with you and you
  53. gave me your assurance (more than once) about the condition of the system.
