  13. Has anyone of Mike Milin?  I got a flyer in the mail the other dayfor
  14. a seminar he is giving on how to make money on gov't auctions.  The
  15. brochure claims he will put up the money for purchases and split the
  16. profits on a 50/50 basis.  There is supposed to be an "AUCTION
  17. HOTLINE" run by Milin which will put you in touch with buyers.
