  14. Actually, if you are willing to do some of the work, you can get a 
  15. patent for arround $4-500.  This has been my experience.  First look in 
  16. the yellow pages under attourneys-patent.  Ask them if you make up the 
  17. description and suppy art can you save money?  Keep trying.  Patent law 
  18. like many other things is negotiable to an extent.
