  16. A friend of mine has developed a software for MS-Window users.
  17. The software will help them to document their personnel information.
  18. My friend would like to sell his software through retailers, but he
  19. doesn't want to rule out other possible channels.  The problem is
  20. he has no ideas of what it takes to get his software sold at retail
  21. stores.  Who does he have to talk to?  How much capital is required?
  22. Does he need a contract with the retailers?  Does he need to have
  23. the software nicely packaged?  Are there any other channels to sell
  24. his software?  Any info or personnel experience will be highly
  25. appreciated.
