  13.     I am looking to for a system that will log transactions and then
  14. do month end processing to bill VISA charges.  My preference would be for
  15. something I can bring up on a Unix machine, but a PC-based piece of software
  16. would be OK.  I imagine there are not freely-redistributable transaction
  17. billing systems around, so modestly priced systems are fine.
