  17. I don't know what the laws are for your state, but down here in Texas, if you
  18. were to drive down in Galveston heading towards Pelican Island near the
  19. Houston Ship Channel, you would see a HUGE outdoor storage area the size of
  20. 5 or 6 large cargo ships...  a sulpher storage area, that is.

  22. You probably want to call the US DOT, US Department of the Interior, your
  23. state Parks and Wildlife Department, your state's Department of Public
  24. Safety/DOT, or some other governmental organization which deals in such areas.
