- I don't know what the laws are for your state, but down here in Texas, if you
- were to drive down in Galveston heading towards Pelican Island near the
- Houston Ship Channel, you would see a HUGE outdoor storage area the size of
- 5 or 6 large cargo ships... a sulpher storage area, that is.

- You probably want to call the US DOT, US Department of the Interior, your
- state Parks and Wildlife Department, your state's Department of Public
- Safety/DOT, or some other governmental organization which deals in such areas.
