  14. While we're on the subject of idiots not getting out of the way
  15. of emergency vehicles,  I seem to remember that a couple of
  16. months ago I saw a news story on NYC*EMS ambulances being
  17. equipped with cameras mounted above the rear-view mirror so the
  18. driver could photograph the plate of a car not getting out of the
  19. way.  The NYPD was then going to issue a summons based on the
  20. ambulance drivers photo.   Does anyone know what became of this
  21. test program?
