  10. as far as i know no state allows low/high top or caddy ambulances any
  11. more do to the fact most ambulance serveces now must be ALS certified
  12. carrying at least 1 paramedic on board.  with the low top and caddy
  13. style 
  14. there just was not enough room for the nessessary equiptment needed for
  15. the ALS certification.
