  10. We are just starting to set up a Underwater Dive Rescue team here in
  11. Nanaimo.  As you who are involved with this type of thing can imagine
  12. the problems that come with it.

  14. What I would like to know is how many Paid Departments out there have a
  15. "Dive Rescue Team".  Weather it works under the Department or as a team
  16. using outside support along with department members.  Possible problems
  17. that have come up involving training, pay etc. Amount of training time
  18. used for the team, on and off hours and what level of certification are
  19. your divers trained to? (openwater, advanced, rescue, etc)
