  33. There are differences in the two systems, and seems to me we should be 
  34. able to meet halfway, I personally would like to see a little less of
  35. the Pi**ing and M***ing that the internet users seem to be so fond of. 
  36. Would be a shame to have a dead echo, just because no one wanted to post

  38. a echo where everyone gave up due to various problems.  
  39. Now, could we get to Firefighting?
  40.    Here in Nashville, a move is about to take the Arson Investigation  
  41. responsibility away from the Fire Marshalls office.  The Mayor, has
  42. decided
  43. that it would be better served by being part of the Police dept.  No
  44. mention
  45. has been made as to whether or not the present investigative staff would
  46. be
  47. transfered to the PD, but past behaviour has shown that the staff would
  48.  
  49. probably be reassigned within the fire department.  
  50.    Also at the same time, the Mayors Idiots, I mean staff has said that
  51. they
  52. want to change the requirement for Chief, deleting the requirement that
  53. the 
  54. chief ever had front line firefighting experience, and requiring
  55. college.
