  20. As for the phasar, have you ever actually listened to the phaser mode of
  21. an emergency vehicle while approaching? SOmetime listen to one as it is
  22. approaching, have the driver switch from wail to welp, to phaser, my
  23. ears may not be perfect, but I can detect a noticable decrease in sound
  24. when the phasar is activated!!!!!  Also, with the newer cars, it don't
  25. matter what kind of siren you run, with the windows up a 747 could land
  26. on the roof and they would never heard anything!!!
