  11.      A little background before I begin. I am the Safety officer for
  12. American Ambulance in Columbus. I pass on copies of a lot of these
  13. messages to our Vice President Steve Blackburn. Who would like for me to
  14. pass on the following to you. Steve has been doing a lot of work on run
  15. report documentation including the use of cameras. He has quit a lot of
  16. information including SOP's, and one of those really orange Polaroid
  17. cameras. If you would like to get together with him and let me know and
  18. I will have him give you a call. He is up in Youngstown several times a
  19. month.
  20.      Also if you are interested the central Ohio Emergency Medical
  21. Services Institute will be conducting a seminar on "Documentation &
  22. Quality assurance Tools for EMS Survival in the 90's" November 18, 1992
