  31. As a step in that direction, EmergNet is willing to carry any echo (no
  32. matter what net it originates from) related to emergency services. More
  33. & more networks emerging will only dilute the existing user base and
  34. force then to choose which ones to carry so they don't have to make
  35. multiple LD calls.
  36. EmergNet also has the capabilities to gate any echo, with sufficient
  37. usage, to the Fido bacbone (as we do now with CRASH, EMS & SAR).
