  13. My research is in the area of human-computer interactions (HCI)
  14. and I can't recall seeing much work done with your population.
  15. Most of the research is with office workers, data entry by
  16. clerks and fast-food workers, and teachers.  There's a journal
  17. called Human Computer Interactions that might be helpful.  Also
  18. the American Society for Training and Development gets into
  19. employee training and may have some info.  As an HCI
  20. researcher, I never thought about your population as computer
  21. users.  I'd be interested in hearing about your progress.
