- Maybe if you told us the real name of your bank we might be able to offer
- specific insights as to their policies.

- I recently had the opportunity to ask for a second and third ATM card for
- a checking account at BofA, and they gave them to me right then and there
- (well, temporary cards really - it took about 3 days to get the real ones).
