- It's been my experience that reputable firms will exchange the product
- anyway. Often the point of the receipt is so they can track down
- potentially bad batches of the product that got past quality control.

- Gates is a v-e-r-y large reputable firm that has been in business
- for a long time. Call your local radio station - chances are they're
- using a Gates transmitter, or wish they were. I'll bet the
- engineers know the address and phone number.
