  19. It's been my experience that reputable firms will exchange the product
  20. anyway.  Often the point of the receipt is so they can track down
  21. potentially bad batches of the product that got past quality control.

  31. Gates is a v-e-r-y large reputable firm that has been in business
  32. for a long time.  Call your local radio station - chances are they're
  33. using a Gates transmitter, or wish they were.  I'll bet the
  34. engineers know the address and phone number.
