- I think that linking DAK/Welbilt, as you have is
- misleading. Nowhere on my Welbilt Bread Machine
- is there any indication that DAK is involved in
- any way :-)
-
- I'm an owner of a Welbilt Bread Machine and had
- one wire burn out, or a fuse, after fourteen months
- of use - only because I was making whole wheat bread
- and the machine was really laboring to knead the dough!
-
- Welbilt's customer service rep told me to send them
- the machine; they replaced it with a newer model,
- brand new!

- Again, the DAK/Welbilt link here is misleading.
- How many DAK owners are unhappy as compared to
- how many Welbilt owners?

-
- Perhaps the customers had no satisfaction from DAK
- but you canNOT say the same about customer service
- at Welbilt.
-
- Welbilt, of course, will have nothing to do with machines
- labelled DAK :-)

-
- You didn't say where the many, many people sent their
- machines - was it to DAK or Welbilt?

- Now, you've got it - it's DAK's service that is
- being complained about, and their products too!
-
- I have no connection with Welbilt; in fact, they
- were rather polite and very efficient when servicing
- my WELBILT bread machine.
