  28. Before this gets entirely out of hand...
  29. Every state currently issues non-driver Identification cards.  In some
  30. states, these resemble the licences with minor changes, others are
  31. unique.  These are also issued in most Canadian provinces (excluding
  32. Quebec) and some issue liquor control cards (same thing in reality).
  33. ID cards are also issued in D.C.
  34.  
  35. This is all according to the Drivers License Guide Company.
