- In NJ, a merchant has to advertise their return policy. If they do not,
- the customer is entitled to a CASH REFUND. This policy must be
- clearly posted where a buyer can see it BEFORE buying. Since their policy
- wasn't in the ad, you should probably contact NJ Consumer Affairs.
- Also, write your credit card company and advise them of this as part of
- your dispute.
