- My main piece of advice is to get a machine with a pump, rather than
- one which uses steam pressure to force the water through the coffee. My
- experience with these is that the coffee that emerges is more like a
- strong cup of regular coffee, and not much like a true espresso. Of course,
- pump machines are generally a lot more expensive.
