- I don't want to burst your bubble here, but 99.9% of all mail-order houses
- won't allow you to return a merchandise unless it's defective or if it's
- the wrong item. One reason they have better prices over your local dealers
- is because they don't have the overhead of a showroom, which in your case,
- you may have been able to listen to the system before buying it. What you
- could do next time is go to your local showroom, find out which system you
- want and then go through mail-order catalogs and see if you can get the
- same system at a cheaper price.
