  19. Two Seattle men has been charged with conspiracy and filing false
  20. documents to enable Salvadoran refugees to remain in the U.S.
  21. Miguel Orozco-Delgado and Oscar Uceda-Carcamo worked for agencies
  22. which provided refugees with social and legal services. They face
  23. up to five years in prison and $250,000 in fines for each of up to seven
  24. counts.

  26. The Committee for Justice for Orozco and Carcamo (CJOC) feel that
  27. there is indeed a conspiracy. "It is a conspiracy of the
  28. Administration and the Immigration and Naturalization Service to
  29. further its cruel, unjust and racist policies, by harassing and
  30. intimidating the victims of war and terror in the Caribbean and
  31. Central America. It is a conspiracy to divert attention from the
  32. unemployment, homelessness and economic distress within the U.S.
  33. by victimizing those who flee tyranny abroad."
