  19. Adolfo Aguilar Payes has been moved from Mariona Prison to Rosales
  20. Hospital in San Salvador.  On Friday November 13  Payes was seen by a
  21. private doctor and a representative of ONUSAL.  Due to his very serious
  22. physical condition, the doctor recommended he be hospitalized
  23. immediately.  Payes was taken to the hospital on Saturday and was put on
  24. an I.V.  He continues his hunger strike begun over a month ago.

  26. Adolfo Payes has been in detention for over three years without trial.
  27. Reportedly, the judge in the case will set a trial date this week, with
  28. the trial set for sometime next week.

  30. It has been learned that Adolfo Payes has received threats while at
  31. Mariona, and has received a threat against his life since he was moved
  32. to the hospital.
