  25. pointed me to information that led me straight to the store within 5
  26. minutes of phone work!  I was amazed because earlier this month, 45
  27. minutes on the phone with Directory Assistance and the postal offices
  28. of Santa Barbara got me nowhere.  The store had long ago sold out of
  29. the piece that I wanted, but was willing to take commissioned work.
