  29. Thanks, I started to quote that very document but didn't have it in
  30. front of me (nor did I have it memorized...although the
  31. "endowed...with...unalienable rights" was what came to mind). The point
  32. being that, in spite of the fact that our Creator endowed us with these
  33. rights, the "governments...instituted among men" are required to "secure
  34. these rights". They are therefore a priviledge we enjoy thanks to the
  35. Government we have instituted to uphold them with the power we the
  36. governed have given.
