  32. LEAH REPLIES: While there is scientific evidence that some members 
  33. of the Homosexual community have a brain structure that is different 
  34. than the heterosexual's brain structure, sexuality is a CHOSEN activity. 
  35. While the brain difference may be a defect and "Homosexuality" may 
  36. be natures way of preventing the promulgation of abnormal brain 
  37. structured homosapiens, the sex acts of homosexuality (among homosexual 
  38. men, at least) are what spread the disease called AIDS. This activity 
  39. may also be viewed as a way nature has of eliminating the abnormal 
  40. brain structure found in about 80% of the homosexuals in the study 
  41. which I read about this brain difference.
  42.     Still I beg to differ with you on this because at least half of 
  43.  
  44. the gay men that I know had "OVERBEARING" mothers and I feel their 
  45. chosen sexuality is a way of avoiding the way that they feel about 
  46. their mothers. Of all the homosexual women I have known I flat out 
  47. asked them if they thought they were gay at birth or if something 
  48. happened to them to change them. One responded that her mother told 
  49. her "Goodbye" before she (the mother) went to take a nap, this girl 
  50. was puzzeled by the "Gooodbye" since it was usually see you in a few 
  51. hours or something to that extent. As it turns out her mother took 
  52. a bottle of sleeping pills and Melinda was the last person (age 8 
  53. at the time) to see her mother alive. She was ridden with guilt because 
  54. she thought she should have told someone that her mother said "Goodbye" 
  55. instead of "Goodnight"...but of course she could not have helped her 
  56. at age 8.
  57.     The other told me that her mother abandoned her when she was a 
  58.  
  59. child and she went from foster home to foster home. She told me she 
  60. thought she was gay because she was trying to replace her mother's 
  61. love.
