  23. The point is that it is silly to complain about gay/lesbian use of
  24. PACS when this is how our government policy is influenced.  Gays and
  25. lesbians form PACs.  Fundamentalists form PACs.  Industry and foreign
  26. interest groups form PACs.  If you don't like the PAC system, fight to
  27. change it.

  33. It is the question of the first person plural which is cause for concern.
  34. When you say homosexuality "merits our attention" because we must "try to
  35. correct it," who is it that should perform the "correction?"  Who will
  36. establish what "correct" is?  The government?  What kind of correction
  37. need be applied?  Shock treatments?  Indoctrination centres?  Prison camps?

  47. Implicit here, of course, is that you are self-disciplined, while I am
  48. not.  Proof?  Are you saying that it took a lot of self-discipline on
  49. your part to be a heterosexual, while I wasn't disciplined enough and
  50. gave into impulses to be gay?  And here I thought your heterosexuality
  51. was natural and innate.....
