- Yeh. I've been on both sides of this (not my fault, UUNET uses the maps
- for all routing even for subscribers (dumb) and another subscriber
- decided to unilaterally lower his listed rate for his UUNET link...
- self inflicted injury). You have to monitor high-cost links. Again,
- this isn't a new problem... it's just that high-costs links are now
- cheap enough that anyone can afford them.

- As for commercial sites, FICC gets news and we've found it extremely
- valuable. I've also recently had discussions with our customers about
- how they'd set up a link like this. The problem comes with feeds to
- third parties. It's hard to justify them.
