  14. I have been asked by my chairman to propose an undergraduate
  15. (junior level) course in C++.  I am looking for suggestions on
  16. textbook, material to cover, compiler, environments, related
  17. topics, etc.  Both positive and negative experiences would help.
  18. The prerequisite currently considered are a course in data
  19. structures that uses Modula-2 and a course in C.
