- We *are* talking about sexual orientation aren't we? According to the
- sciences of psychology and medical research, people can't choose their
- sexual orientation any more than they can choose to be left-handed or
- right-handed. Of course, I always thought this was obvious anyway. I
- mean, I've never met anyone who claims to have chosen their own sexual
- orientation. Of course, some things that people can and do choose are
- the levels of tolerance, understanding, and respect they will extend
- to others...
