  14. Simplest way is 295 South,  hit howard ave.  follow the green
  15. signs to DC.  that puts you on the Frederick Douglas Bridge.  then look
  16. out you are on south capitol st and watch for the 395 ramps.

  18. Now what has made this whole process really interesting is that
  19. howard ave was closed for 2.5 years while they built the green line,
  20. so you had to get off on the anacostia parkway going through the edge of barry farms.  a notable high murder zone.

  22. then this past two wyears they have been rebuilding the SE/SW expressway
  23. frocing you to skip ramps and crawl around on surface streets.  a dicey
  24. proposition if you dont intimately knwo that area.  the grid is heavily cut 
  25. up by federal buildings rail and express ways and bridges.

  27. hopefully this is mostly complete and wont be repeated for another 18 months.
