- Hmm, I've tried to do this in a hurry a couple times, I wonder if my
- way is slower or faster: I exit onto Pennsylvania Ave. East and
- somehow turn around, head over the bridge and exit onto the SE-SW
- freeway (I don't think it's called 395 at that point). Problem is, I
- generally lose a few minutes since I haven't yet found a very good way
- to legally get turned around on Pennsylvania Ave. I suspect one wants
- to make the first legal left and then make a U-turn or go around the
- block...

- It looks like you can do this in reverse a lot easier now, there is a
- left turn from Pennsylvania Ave. East to DC 295 (Anacostia/Kenilworth
- freeway) North.
