  26. Hmm, I've tried to do this in a hurry a couple times, I wonder if my
  27. way is slower or faster:  I exit onto Pennsylvania Ave. East and
  28. somehow turn around, head over the bridge and exit onto the SE-SW
  29. freeway (I don't think it's called 395 at that point).  Problem is, I
  30. generally lose a few minutes since I haven't yet found a very good way
  31. to legally get turned around on Pennsylvania Ave.  I suspect one wants
  32. to make the first legal left and then make a U-turn or go around the
  33. block...

  35. It looks like you can do this in reverse a lot easier now, there is a
  36. left turn from Pennsylvania Ave. East to DC 295 (Anacostia/Kenilworth
  37. freeway) North.
