- Thank you all for driving around your respective areas and
- counting the number of political signs still left up. Many posters have
- observed the same trend: Far more BUSH signs were left up versus CLINTON
- signs in this area. During the week, I too have been taking an informal
- survey of signs left up and have come to the same conclusion: The BUSH
- supporters refuse to "clean up their mess" as the original poster
- phrased it. I think I'm starting to agree with one of the responses
- that Republicans are often "Bad loosers and lazy". I myself am a long time
- independent and have never bee registered with either party, but after beeing
- confronted with quit a bit of atectotal evidence, I'm starting
- to reconsider my political affiliation. I now see what the Golden Gryphon
- points out is Black&White thinking. I'm going to bring this up with
- some of my Republican "friends" and ask them why they're so unconcerned
- with the environment.

- P.S Until you count all the signs in the country for this election,
- as well as all the signs left up the last time a Democrat LOST
- an election..... All of this sign counting is irrelevent. The
- original posting was an inference to Republicans beeing un-
- concerned with the environment by not "cleaning up their mess"
- and therefore bad. These are the same tactics used by the media
- to sway non-analytic minds into believing the economy was so terrible.
