- Okay, this question may seem a little weird, but I need as much
- information as possible. A while back ago, the State of Maryland passed a
- law requiring all out of state drivers to get a special permit to park
- (for long periods of time) in the state (i.e. this prevents residents of
- MD from keeping their cars registered in MD). There's a clause in the
- law, that says students can get a special permit to not get fined or
- ticketed. Most police probably don't even know about this law, but I'm
- interested in any information that may be available on this topic. Is
- anybody familiar with this law? Thanks.
