  12. Okay, this question may seem a little weird, but I need as much  
  13. information as possible.  A while back ago, the State of Maryland passed a  
  14. law requiring all out of state drivers to get a special permit to park  
  15. (for long periods of time) in the state (i.e. this prevents residents of  
  16. MD from keeping their cars registered in MD).  There's a clause in the  
  17. law, that says students can get a special permit to not get fined or  
  18. ticketed.  Most police probably don't even know about this law, but I'm  
  19. interested in any information that may be available on this topic.  Is  
  20. anybody familiar with this law?  Thanks.
