  22. Well, my personal interest at this point tends to be in multi-platform 
  23. and/or multi-GUI toolkits (first because I think the look-and-feel wars 
  24. are technically and politically stupid, and second because I think the 
  25. GUI standardization efforts are very premature given how primitive the
  26. state-of-the-art is right now ... kind of like doctors standardizing on
  27. leeches and exorcism).

  29. Among the more interesting efforts I know of would be such things as OI
  30. (aka ViewCenter) and Visix's Galaxy (which shows promise of being a pretty
  31. cool development environment, if it ever ships in volume).

  33. There are many other products around, including InterViews in its various 
  34. guises (the Stanford distribution isn't suitable for production work, but
  35. the HP InterViews Plus product and the Quest ObjectViews version might be),
  36. XVT (the subject of another premature standization effort :-), Aspect, 
  37. Neuron Data's OIT, etc.

  39. All of these are ongoing commerical ventures, none of them Xt-based.
