- As most of my time and those of my staff are usurped by responding to
- customers' letters and issues which have filtered through our Tech
- Support and Corporate Support personnel, I would venture a guess that
- Symantec's customers, instead of asking in a forum that is a voluntary
- exchange of information, pick up the phone and/or use another medium
- that requires a response.

- What this may point out is that the purchase of NAV does not simply
- get you a program, it buys you the aid of all the technical staff at
- the Peter Norton Group. My staff and I are ready to resolve any
- incidents or simply help educate.

- Definitions updates are offerred monthly. The other questions I leave
- unanswered as they would be considered biased to come from me.
