  18. customers' letters and issues which have filtered through our Tech
  19. Support and Corporate Support personnel, I would venture a guess that
  20. Symantec's customers, instead of asking in a forum that is a voluntary
  21. exchange of information, pick up the phone and/or use another medium
  22. that requires a response.

  24. What this may point out is that the purchase of NAV does not simply
  25. get you a program, it buys you the aid of all the technical staff at
  26. the Peter Norton Group.  My staff and I are ready to resolve any
  27. incidents or simply help educate.
