- question regarding legalites of VCL
-
- suppose someone were to make a working virus with VCL [unlikly but
- possible] if this said virus spread and caused damage who would be
- held responsible.
- VCL states that the author can't be held responsible and the
- person who feed the specs in to VCL could say they didn't write it,
- but would that stand up in court?
