  13.     suppose someone were to make a working virus with VCL [unlikly but
  14. possible] if this said virus spread and caused damage who would be
  15. held responsible.
  16.     VCL states that the author can't be held responsible and the
  17. person who feed the specs in to VCL could say they didn't write it,
  18. but would that stand up in court?
